Education Market Analysis

As a class first semester, we conducted a comprehensive market analysis for Village of Wisdom (VOW), an organization dedicated to empowering Black parents and students with community-focused educational programs in Durham, NC. VOW's evidence-based advocacy initiatives aim to combat racial injustice in schools by providing unique, family-focused support. Our mission was to thoroughly assess VOW's current marketing strategies and offer practical recommendations. Leveraging our expertise in technology integration and innovative education strategies, we ensured that our recommendations were not only rooted in current marketing theory but also infused with cutting-edge educational practices. Through collaborative efforts, we aimed to bolster VOW's visibility, enhance community engagement, and ultimately drive more impactful outcomes in the communities they serve. My group presented findings to VOW, covering key areas such as competitor analysis, product offerings, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT), and actionable recommendations.
