During my internship with the City of Raleigh, I primarily collaborated with city employees involved in strategic planning initiatives. Through direct engagement , I actively contributed to the development and refinement of Raleigh's strategic plan. By applying the principles of Design Thinking, I facilitated discussions and utilized innovative problem-solving techniques to address challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
