Mission and Vision Rebrand

During my time in Raleigh, I had the chance to contribute to a significant project involving the rebranding of the Office of Special Events. Tasked with realigning their mission and vision to better reflect their evolving objectives, I embarked on an extensive research endeavor. This involved studying the operations and strategies of similar offices in various cities, analyzing their approaches and outcomes. Through careful examination and strategic planning, I synthesized valuable insights into the unique challenges and opportunities facing the Raleigh office. Leveraging this understanding, I formulated a series of comprehensive recommendations aimed at shaping a new vision and mission statement that resonated with the community and propelled the office toward greater effectiveness and impact in orchestrating memorable events and experiences.
